سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:
يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية وبتغليفها السليم. -
استرداد المبلغ:
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه والتأكد من سلامته، سيتم إرسال قيمة المبلغ المسترد خلال 4 أيام عمل. -
Return and Exchange Period:
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging. -
Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund amount will be processed and sent within 4 business days.
